Here I've got a little sketch of the barn layout. It's oldest portion is the all stone-walled "open area" where we will be constructing horse-stalls in the coming years. For now everyone is housed in the "horses" section, except the cows.

The barn was a working dairy farm in the 1900s, the stone portion may date back even further. It's still in good shape, but we're cleaning it up and making it work for our needs.

Clean up finally completed, we'll be building horse stalls in here eventually, for now, extra hay storage.

All the old hay/straw from up in the loft is still perfectly usable as goat bedding so we're storing it in one of the small stalls for now.

It's been a lot of work to get it up and running, but it's so beautiful it's more then worth all the work!
